New Office Policies and Procedures
Office hours are 9am to 5pm. As you know, we are a small office, and this allows us to work in the way that suits our staff and clients best. We work on a hybrid model, both from the physical office and remotely, from home. We guarantee that someone will be on-site from 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday (statutory holidays excepted). If you need to see us in person after 1pm, be sure to arrange that time in advance.
New for 2024
We are going digital! All files are being digitized, stored on our secure server off site, located in Toronto.
Each client will have a digital file folder and be sent a link to upload documents. For those who prefer to drop off documents in person, we will scan and save anything we need to keep on file and return all physical documents to you.
All clients with physical documents in our office have been contacted about picking up their materials. Those who do not collect materials by June 2024 can pay to have them mailed, or we will shred them.
